We are very busy here at the center and are doing our best to keep up with all the wonderful new clients coming into the Center.  Please remember this is a small office. Given how busy we are, it is difficult for us to get to the phone. Some nights it's simply too late in the evening for us to return calls. You may Text the office at (859) 408-9150 instead of leaving Voice Mails...those are easier for us to check and answer in between sessions, just remember to leave us your name as we do not have you pre-programmed into the phone. Hopefully this page will make this process easier on everyone.

If you get our voicemail please leave a message and Amanda will return your call as soon as she is free.  Many times this is at the end of the workday so please be patient as we do our very best to meet your needs.

How much should I tip?

That is up to you and how much you enjoyed the service provided to you.  While everyone here are independent therapists, tips are part of the therapists pay just like any other service industry. Usually the tip is 10-15% of total service cost.

a couples massage, or two appointments at the same time?

We do not offer couple massages 

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

There are some forms in which we will need to have you fill out, but they only take about 5 minutes to complete. Also please bring a list of any current medications you are taking you will need to put that information on the forms or we can copy your list. If you arrive early there is a waiting room for you to relax in and your therapist will greet you as soon as they are free.

Is there an age limit for treatments?

Yes and No. We treat all ages of clients but in the case of minors we must have a signed Parental Consent (if you are one day under 18yrs old we must by law have a signed consent by a legal guardian) and anyone under the age of 16 needs to have a parent in the office with them at the time of treatment. Under the age of 14 we require a parent to be in the treatment room when services are rendered.

Do you offer spa services as well?

No. This office is functional wellness and all treatments are medically based. 

What if I schedule an appointment and can't make it?

We have a 24hr cancellation policy.  If you do not cancel 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment you will be charged the price of the scheduled appointment.

What if I'm sick?

If you are ill, please reschedule your appointment. If you are on antibiotics you have a systemic infection your MD is treating and massage will make you feel worse, please reschedule. If you have had a vaccine please wait 48hrs before having a massage...or we will send you home without one.  You also need to wait 48-72 hrs for any massage work after botox or Steroid injections. 

What if I'm late for my appointment?

Your time begins at the time you reserved, I'm sorry your session cannot be extended simply because you are late. If you are 15 min late your session will simply be 45min instead of 60min and so on. Other clients have reserved time as well and we cannot take away from them.

Are you available on Weekends?

No.

Do you do Pregnancy Massage?

No. I do not do any pregnancy work.

Can you diagnose a sprain or strain?

We are NOT Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapist, or Counselors we do not diagnose anything ever nor do we do their jobs. The therapies administered or ideas offered in this office are in NO WAY intended as a substitute for medical treatment or counseling.
